With a generation of younger folks who have thrived on the success of their companies, there is a big opportunity for many of us to give back earlier in our lifetime and see the impact of our philanthropic efforts.” Mark Zuckerberg

Although I can’t even be considered a “micro-organism” relative to the financial capacity of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, it doesn’t mean I am not as capable of giving.

In an effort to take Zuckerberg’s statement to the next level, I have decided long before not to wait to get to the likes of Bill Gates in financial capacity to show the world I care. With that said, here are the causes that I have been supporting financially (no matter how small) and emotionally and I am openly asking you to do the same:

Green Peace
Although I love being healthy to the highest extent, I also realize it’s best if the world would be “calmer” and hopefully, Green Peace is helping achieve that balance in development and environmental preservation.

The United Nations Children’s Fund
Just like yourself, I have love ones that are worth dying for. Unfortunately, some aren’t getting the same love I have been giving my family and friends. It is for this reason that I have been supporting UNICEF – to make as many children feel loved and cherish no matter what the circumstance.
